How long does it take to receive my backpack?
Each backpack is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 10–13 business days for shipping within the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Stillware currently ships within the U.S. only.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Because each backpack is made on demand, we are unable to guarantee faster production or delivery times.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its delivery.
Is the backpack durable enough for everyday use?
Yes. The Stillware backpack is made from durable polyester and designed for daily carry, commuting, travel, and general use.
How much can the backpack hold?
The backpack has a 4.3 gallon (16.1 l) capacity and supports a maximum weight of 11.02 lbs (5 kg).
Does it have multiple pockets?
Yes. It includes interior and exterior pockets to help keep your gear organized.
Is this backpack waterproof?
The material is water-resistant polyester, which helps protect your items from light moisture, but it is not fully waterproof.
How will my backpack be packaged?
Your backpack will be securely packaged to protect it in transit. Packaging materials may include protective mailers or boxes, depending on fulfillment location and order size.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
Many orders are shipped using post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic packaging, which reduces the use of new plastics. Print-on-demand production also helps reduce waste from overproduction.
Can I return my backpack if I change my mind?
Because each Stillware backpack is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
What if my backpack arrives damaged or with a printing error?
If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
What if my package is lost in the mail?
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package is marked delivered but missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Why does shipping take a little longer?
Every Stillware backpack is made just for you after you order. This reduces waste and overproduction, but it does add a few days to fulfillment time.
