Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically made and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Time
After production, delivery usually takes an additional 5–8 business days depending on your location.
Estimated total delivery time: 7–13 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
Returns & Refunds
Because each Stillware product is made to order, we are unable to accept general returns. However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, we’ll fix it.
You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have started and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Timing
